Mollie
Movement has a Mollie integration which processes donors and donations occurring through Mollie, importing them directly into Movement.
When people:
- Donate
- Create a recurring subscription (such as monthly donations, or direct debits)
- Update a subscription
- Cancel a subscription
These changes will be reflected in Movement. This process runs every 30 minutes.

How it works
When someone donates, Movement will lookup if they're an existing supporter via their email address. If they are, it'll just record a donation record accordingly with the relevant information (amount, currency, frequency if recurring). If they're not an existing supporter, they'll be created with the information provided from Mollie. Typically this is their name and email address.
Donation records are attached within Movement, and you can then see these on a supporter's profile page, and query them using search filters.
If people update or cancel subscriptions, this will be reflected within Movement, so you'll know which supporters have active regular donations or cancelled ones.
What you need to configure
Because this integration only pulls data from Mollie, you'll need to configure your donation form accordingly. This includes things such as the information you ask for on the form, and payment methods.
All of this configuration occurs outside of Movement, either within Mollie, or within the place where you host your donation form. Please refer to either Mollie's support or your donation form provider for any support here.
