Integrations
Movement offers several ways for you to integrate with your own software. Different integrations may rely on one or more methods to retrieve data.
API
A variety of data is available live through the API. This includes retrieving information about targets, campaigns, and searches. Please see our detailed API documentation below for more information.
Use cases
- Retrieving information about targets within your database, e.g. name, phone number, email, and activity (such as calls received, text messages received, etc)
- Listing and viewing summary information about running campaigns
- Listing searches, custom fields and other data within your database
Exports
Campaigns and searches can be exported to retrieve full information about the activity within campaigns. This includes a row for each contact made, e.g. phone calls, text messages.

Use cases
- Doing detailed reporting on all calls/text messages made, in BI software
- Keeping detailed reporting and logging on all contacts made to your members
Webhooks
Webhooks can be used to instantly notify your software that something has happened, such as phone calls, text messages, and emails sent. You can configure an endpoint within your software or an integration to receive these, and receive full information on what happened.

Use cases
- Receiving realtime notifications of when contacts are made
- Reacting to specific answers given to questions answered on phone calls
- Reporting on summary stats on total calls made, total texts sent, in BI software, by counting the number of inbound webhooks
Zapier
Movement has a Zapier integration in beta which allows you to integrate with thousands of applications and services without writing a single line of code. Please see our Zapier page within this documentation for further details.
