Returns an extended representation of a target including custom fields and subscription statuses.
This is the recommended endpoint for reading custom field values and subscription opt-in/out statuses, which are not available on the standard GET /targets/:target_id endpoint.
Additional data may be provided by this endpoint dependent on custom configurations.
